I cannot say enough good things about Debra. She is truly amazing! She goes above and beyond the call of duty which is exactly what you want in an attorney. Debra is an amazing and focused attorney with a wonderful personality and a kind heart, devoted to her clients and really goes above and beyond. She fights for what is right… true lawyer that stands for justice. Debra has represented us in family court and has successfully attained desired and fair results. Besides being a great attorney she takes her time to get to know you and has become a great friend. Recently we had a lost in the family and as hard as this is… Debra has been there for us answering my endless calls or texts and always responds in a timely manner, this says a lot. I will forever be grateful for all her help and support during stressful and difficult times. If you want someone who will actually fight for you, Debra is the one. She is smart, firm and professional, just what someone needs in an attorney.

I was misrepresented by a previous divorce and custody attorney that was careless in my divorce and custody agreement. I was in a bind with child support and school expenses.( was paying both thanks to first lawyer). The mother once again served me for more support. 
A good friend and co-worker who is also in the same situation told me about Debra. I took his advice and gave Debra a call. Went to get my free consultation on a Sunday. She looked over my custody and support agreements and picked it apart. Told me my rights were being violated and we have to challenge some wording and orders. Went to court for a hearing and Debra argued on my behalf. The judge was just verbally bullying and didn't want to hear our argument. Debra was persistent and didn't back down because she knew she was right. The judge finally gave in and gave us a hearing. Before the hearing Debra and I met with exwife and attorney and negotiated a fair deal that rid me of an unfair support agreement.
I would absolutely recommend Debra Marin for whatever your situation may be. Great person to have on your side. 100%!!

I had signed a separation agreement (without legal counsel) which I thought trapped me in a bad agreement. Debra was able to salvage some of the deal and put me in a better financial position. I'm so glad she's on MY side!!

Coming from how she represented my friend she is an excellent lawyer who clearly knows the law and has the expertise to back it up!!! BEST LAWYER IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY!!!!
