It was ok. The room was well kept. It did have a mildew smell but it is Louisiana.

Clean rooms, cold ac, comfy beds, quite neighbor, clean pool, decent price, plenty of room

Decent size rooms, cleanliness is okay. Room coffee was terrible

The room was a lot bigger than expected. I did not care for the bathroom being so tiny. Other than that the room wasn't bad.

The marina is right in front a stinky swamp. The smell was horrible...like rotting shrimp that's been baking in the sun. The parking lot was full of water and it hadn't been raining. I would never stay there even for a night.
