Awesome place my grandpa has lived here for 16 years Joe and his grandson have made a incredible place to live... If u are looking for a top notch place to just relax and camp or u are looking for a place to live then I wouldn't even waste my time looking any where else... If the have any spot's available then this is by far the best choice compared to any other places around the wenatchee valley.. And they have everything a laundry room & showers even cable and WiFi included if u get a chance to stay here and meet Joe then u will understand why my grandpa has stayed there for so long...

Peaceful and far enough from town to get away from city stress yet close enough to be able to run in and get groceries and go to work

Friendly management, grounds kept clean, residents are friendly, would stay there again if we were passing through.

Great place you have, Joe. We may be back for a visit one day. Loved our spot we had for 18 months.

The owner is top notch!  Lakes are great for the kids. Local food is good.
