I agent that assisted me was the worst. I don't remember her name and don't wish to remember.  Just know that she talks real slow and that's how she treated my application . I have already had previous account and an open account.  It took a week to get approved  and I had to find out by calling in. She didn't return my phone calls . After getting approved.  I came down on my hour, she was answering phone calls the entire time that I was there. It took so long I had to walk out because now I was a half an hour late getting back to work and I get a hour for lunch. This was the worst experience that I've had dealing with this company for the last 5 years.

I want to give a special thank you to Chanta Jackson and the staff at the Glen Burnie Office for assisting me in an expeditious manner to address my needs.  The professionalism was outstanding.  I totally appreciate Mariner Finance and the great staff at the Glen Burnie Office and I will continue to utilize your Finance Company in the future.

Erika was top-notch. She was extremely professional and explained the terms of the loan in great detail. The process was seamless and Erika was exceptional. Thank You Mariner Finance.

I've been with Mariner finance for a very long time and every time I need help they're there for me they've put up with me with missing the appointments and finally taking the loan but other than that they're great they're very great people and they're always there for me thank you very much Mariner finance

Approval of loan was quick; however, I had an appointment, and it still took 1 hour and 15 minutes to close, the loan, while I had a Lyft driver waiting.  I'm thinking since I had an appointment and no other customers were present, it shouldn't take this long for processing.  Also, when I was making the appointment, I was told to bring proof of income and an ID with picture.  While present for processing the loan, I was asked for 4 Personal References to include name, address, and phone number.  I didn't have these avsailable by memory because I don't use a cell phone and didn't know this information was going to be needed.  From memory, I had to search for 4 people that I had that information for : &gt;

They make the whole process of trying to get a loan really difficult.. No one answers the phone.. Have to call 10 times before you get an answer, Just for them to tell you they don’t have your application and whenever they do receive it, It will be a long process regardless because they only have one person who works in that department? This place is a joke.. They need to be more helpful.

I was told you're approved for $5000 instead of the $8000 request. I agreed, the following day before going to sign, I got another call that the amount was reduced to $3000 if I still wanted it by Shantel the rep. I turned it down. I am not that desperate. Beware of bait and switch. I'm mad because they had ran my credit. Awful people.

I was very pleased with Ryan Schubert and Bianca. They were both very friendly and professional throughout my loan approval process as well as thorough with all detailed aspects of the process and beyond

Great experience. Miss Chanta was very nice.explained the process. She answered all my questions. She was patient and she has warm personality.
