I cannot say enough about this agency. Mario provides top quality service with compassion and care. He does not see his clients as numbers and files but as living, breathing individuals where has the opportunity to educate them about proper insurance needs rather than oversell and unnecessary product. Mario truly takes pride in his business and the industry. He takes time to explain the products and why they are necessary, or not. Whenever given the opportunity I always refer my clients to Mario because I know they will be in the best of hands. Mario is also my agent and I would not even consider going elsewhere. I know for a fact that I would not get the service he has provided me anywhere else and for that I am truly grateful!

I have been with State Farm Insurance for almost 40 years for home, auto, umbrella and business liability and workers comp for my businesses. I started working with Mario about 3 years ago after being shifted from agent to agent for several years in a row. I was about to leave State Farm because of lack of communication. But when Mario jumped in I was so shocked at the immediate service and the follow through on doing what he said he was going to do I just gave him a chance to help us. And he did, time and time again. Generally Mario will respond to us within the same day we have a question of concern. He has helped us through every insurance question we have including and then some. I don't often write reviews but I can honestly say that Mario is indeed a very rare individual who you can count on to get the job done and offer professional advice. My wife and I highly recommend Mario to anyone who is in need of his services. Robert Snyder

Mario Russo is tops. We couldn't be happier with the service. His whole team is great. They respond really quickly, are very knowledgeable, and advise us in our best interest.
