I've been taking maritime bus back and forth from Moncton to Halifax for 3 years now. It get's you to where you need to go, but it is really nothing special. If you are looking for a 5-star fancy bus that gives you a great bus experience, you won't find it here. Often, they are 10-15 minutes late on trips, but it's usually nothing more than that. On occasion, they will be very late but it's mostly due to other buses being late at transfers or bad weather conditions. It's safe and is probably exactly what you expect it to be, meaning the type of people and the experience. I've never had too many problems with them, only on few occasions. Their biggest problem is the bus drivers. Most of them are extremely rude and don't care! I was on the bus this one time last year and the driver was enraged because a kid got on the wrong bus. This kid was probably 7-10, and when he got to Halifax, the driver was complaining and yelling and swearing at the kid and another bus driver about the situation. If you are lucky, the driver will say hi to you, but that's the most friendliness you will get. Another problem is their phone. They never pickup during any hour on any day! You always get the answering machine at the Moncton location. All in all, it gets you there, it's safe and it's a good price.

Took the bus from Montreal to Moncton and I must say I was impressed by the comfort of the seats, efficient travel and professional service.

It's a basic bus service that will get you where you need to go. Beyond that, it's not all that spectacular. Late buses, rude and grumpy drivers, inconvenient routing. But it's cheap and safe, so one really can't complain too much.

Some of the staff are friendly, some not at all. Mediocre travel experience. The woman that was taking us from Moncton to Fredericton was ridiculous. She gave us a loud, obnoxious lecture about all the things that would get us kicked off the bus!!

Most of the drivers are nice and communicate but some of them don't announce stops or how long they will be which sucks.
