My mother recently set up a new account with Maritime. Last night, she ran out of heating fuel. She called this morning at 6:30 and spoke with Terry. He was WONDERFUL! Very friendly, polite and assured her that a truck and technician would be out today to get the furnace going again. The previous company we used would have made her wait two or three days! I'm calling this morning to switch to Maritime myself!!
I'd rate higher if they'd actually deliver the fuel to the right address, or the right tanks. $1200 in fuel this year just for it all to go in my landlords tank, not mine. Gone without heat now for over a month because of this. This is absolutely unacceptable, we live in Maine where if you don't have heat it's a death sentence. Come on!
I just had your tech Darryl look at my Rinnai heater. Darryl is a good solid tech, and has great people skills. Even my dog loved him. I’d give Darryl 10 stars if I could. He deserves a raise no matter what he makes now.

I will not go into ANY Maritime store until face coverings are required. This is how we stop corona. It won't go away if we keep spreading it. Simple as that. Wake up, America.
