Excellent State Farm representative, very kind compassionate person. If you need any kind of guidance Mark Albright is the person to go to. He will guide you the right way. It will be a sad day when he will retire.

I've been with him since the early 90's. He's very personable and easy to talk to. He has a good sense of humor, as well. We laugh a lot during our discussions. He also gives it to you straight. No chaser. It's a pleasure doing business with Mark Albright.

Mark has been serving our family for many, many years. Recently we added our new teenage driver to our policy. Mark went out of his way and had a conversation with her about insurance..why you need it, what happens if you have an accident or get a ticket...most importantly he reminded her that there is only 1 of her and cars are replaceable so if that drinks spills, let it be till you are stopped. Very simple tidbits we should all get and remember!!  I would encourage all families to ask for this meeting with your insurance agent. Thanks again Mark for taking the time. Very much appreciated.

I had a terrible experience with Mark when I called about filing a claim when a tree fell in my backyard. He was condescending when answering my questions and acted like he was annoyed that he had to help me with my claim. When I called him out on his tone, he got super defensive and acted like I was being unreasonable. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with him. I am most definitely cancelling my homeowner's policy because I do not want to do business with him.

Great agent-He takes the time to review your policies and help you understand the insurance you have and what else may be available. If you want a friendly, knowledgeable agent I would suggest calling Mark.
