I have found that this office has always been very friendly and warm.  Dr. Thomson is an excellent Orthodontist.  It shows that the office is very carring and excellent with childern.  I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking a highly qualified Orthodontist that cares and treats patients as he would his own family.

They are not good at estimating the insurance reimbursements, and then they stick you with the added cost! We had to pay over $600 more than what they told us. Even though this was their mistake, they refused to concede even one penny, and insisted they would send it to collections if a payment plan was not made at the time the braces were removed. Actually, they never even acknowledged they had made an error, and instead blamed it on how the insurance company defined their benefits.
