Went to tbe dentis for routine cleaning only yo be told i had a cavity. Ok. Return for filling a cavity, immwdiately after started having sensituvity n pain. Returned for acheck up today, n remembering now he said immediately after the filling if there is any proplem retur. Only to find out i may need a filling as the decay was really deep.
Upon questionibg the dentist after i requested to reviewing the x-ray before n after the prcedure of the tooth. I am questioning the possibility that there was never any cavity to begin with. I was quite alarmed to see the depth of the filling and the need yo take ABT to treat the pain and sensitivity. Know from my visits to the dentist what  leads up to a root canal. My gut instinct is telling me this Dentist did me wrong. Who ever though you need a second openion on a cavity. Every bone in my body is telling me this is did me wrong. Very very very sad, to have to share this but im never one yo look up reviews n i wanted to save anyone the possibiluty of this happening to anyone, or if this is pattern we need to get rid of these dhealth car provides.

Doc Johnson is a magician! I have been to him twice for 2 different broken teeth and he has been able to repair them and make it look like it never happened! His staff is extremely friendly and helpful and his "bed-side" manner is friendly and straight-forward.  I personally don't believe the bad reviews on here because I have had great experiences there (as great as the dentist can be!) He also has very reasonable pricing for those like me that are paying out of their pocket! Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Johnson for a treatment plan on partially impacted wisdom as well as broken teeth. I had previously been told i would need an oral surgeon, however, he was able to extract them with NO ISSUES. He did an excellent job! Him and his staff were very gentle in both nature (comforting) and during treatment. I strongly recommend him.

One word. Awful. I came in being newly insured after years of no insurance and in a lot of pain. I needed a lot of work done but could not have it done immidiately because of needing to be on antibiotics. He proceeded to push down on the teeth I already told him hurt making them hurt even more to the point I was in tears. Then refused to help with the pain management for the mean time until I could come back for the work needed in 6 days. So I left in more pain than I went in with after having the "Doctor" talk down to me like I was a moron because I was trying to explain to him I was already taking more than 800 mg of Motrin a day for the pain and it does NOTHING to help. I will not be returning for the work I need done. I found an actual dentist that is willing to help me in Ormond, and I will gladly drive the 20 miles to him and give him my extensive business ($$$) instead. So in short don't go here. You're more likely to walk out in worst shape then you walked in. If I could give him zero stars I would.

I am not sure where these people are coming from with the negativity on Dr. Johnson. Sometimes, it is hard to accept the truth when you do not want to hear it! I have found Dr. Johnson to be an EXCELLENT dentist!  I have been going to him for about 15 years and prior to him I was too many dentists! He is by far, the best I have been to.  Again, I suspect it was the message being delivered that is the issue.  If you do not want to hear the truth, do not ask the question or waste the time of someone that is trying to help you!
