I left notes on yelp but wanted to share my two cents on here too. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. You're better off talking to the after hours service if you want customer service. Mark, Fabian and everyone else is this office need training on how to write a policy because they are incompetent, over charge and lie to their customers. I'm not at all surprised there are others who share my opinion. I've been selling insurance since long before Mark and his incompetent staff hit puberty and I wouldn't refer him to Satan! I hope that I can some way contribute to the demise of his office. I spoke with a guy in the after hours a few months back and thank my lucky stars I didn't have to deal with Mark's office. He was a delight but I'm sure Mark and his minions have no appreciation for him or any of their customer service representatives or how hard they work to help his customers. He should enter into a field that requires no customer interaction. Literally any of the 100+ State Farm agents in the Baltimore, MD are better than this clown.

Worts constumer service ever. The lady was very rude. Please don’t do business with this kind of people. I couldn’t cancel my house insurance until I send them proof that I sold the house and until the a other person in the insurance policy sent a copy of his drivers licenses. I will never deal with State Farm insurance ever again.

This company has the greatest relationship with their customers i have been with this company for 30 year very understanding and helpfull. when you are in a bad situation they work with you to accommodate you. i highly recommend y ou to climb aboard
