I asked for a quote for an interior detail to remove odor from my car and the owner emailed me saying it would be $500, without asking any questions about my car, what I needed, or really anything but telling me what I "need" followed by "$500$". When I replied back that it was a ridiculous estimate, having gotten my car detailed numerous times before, he replied with a lovely sentiment that my car was going to be infested with maggots. Needless to say, not great customer service. Only reason I even reached out is because my usual place was super booked and I needed fast service. So avoid the extortionist at all costs.
