Mark’s Ace is not like any other hardware store! We offer free popcorn to customers while they shop. Feel free to bring in your animals (we are pet friendly)!
We price match and special order items, so there is no need to shop anywhere else! We are the only Ace store in town that is open until 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday.

This is a well stocked store and convenient for us. However, on Saturday Jan. 6, 2018 my wife and I went shopping in the store and the music playing over the PA was horrible! Vintage Metal and loud! Metallica and Black Sabbath are not what I want to hear shopping for supplies. I could not concentrate. My wife finally asked them to change the station. They changed it to country and one of the employees yelled Yee Haw. The customer base for this store is diverse. The owner should determine an acceptable station(s) and impose that requirement. Your employees should not be in charge of your brand.

It is great when you walk into this Ace and have a project that you need help with. I always know what I want to do but the people who work at this Ace always have the finite answers on what I need to pull it off. It is amazing that I never have to go back two and three times because I forgot pieces that I ultimately will need. They spend as much time as required to figure out everything that is needed.

Just got into carpentry, I'm a super beginner and they're very accommodating, I got exactly what I needed to finish my project. Not afraid to ask for help and direction here :)

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited at the key counter while 3 male employees walked back and forth ignoring me. An older gentleman walked up right next to me with a key in his hand and not even have a second later all three employees got up, greeted him, and helped him. All while I continued to stand in front of them. Not being helped. I talked to the manager about it and she wrote a coupon for 20% off. I tried to use it with my boyfriend to buy his item we originally went to the store for. We were denied the ability to use it and were told it's for our "next purchase" not the one we were buying today. Safe to say we will never be returning here. Not only horrible customer service from your employees, but a manager who truly does not care to fix the situation either.

Had to run here before work & became hopeless because we couldn't find what we needed until RENE came to our rescue and brightened our night! Such great customer service!!
