This repair shop is gonna be first on my go-to list. They were very honest about what my repairs were. And didn't try to "upsell" me on things I didn't need. They even tried to save me money on the repairs before fixing my vehicle.

Mark's expertise with the automotive industry is unmatched and so are his intuition and willingness to help his clients in the most cost-effective manner. Right from the beginning of my interaction with Mark, he instilled the genuine feeling of trust and confidence in his professional relationship with me. I felt my car was in very good hands and all guidance and information he gave me were very accurate and easy to understand. During the time my car were being worked on, Mark was always available for the follow-up questions and concerns by the phone, as well as with immediate email responses. Mark is absolutely the best auto mechanic in Oak Harbor and I highly and wholeheartedly recommended his shop to anyone seeking high quality, professional, timely and cost-effective service for their cars, as well as the counsel and guidance on keeping it in best shape for the future. They were great! Mark and his wife Aggie are terrific!  Especially Aggie. While Mark did the work replacing my transmission, Aggie was the star on customer service. Put my mind at ease, and picked me up at home to get my car. Will definitely do business here again, and recommend it to friends.
