This is the 3rd time in a row we’ve ordered a pizza and it was not edible. The other two times we brought it back. We started ordering from somewhere else. We gave this location another shot because we had to order fast. I ordered a large pizza, a medium pizza, fries, and wings. We ordered the wings to be well done. They were mush. The large pizza was not cooked in the middle at all. The medium pizza was fine. We don’t have time to return it and complain because we don’t have time. But this is ridiculous. We will never order from this location again. I just wasted $60 and have to cook the pizza myself!

So I always order online and pick up cause I work very close to the Fairport Marks. I put it as delivery by accident. Came to pick it up and that’s when they told me I did it as delivery! I felt so bad!! Zack Spoto made me two new pizzas as I waited they didn’t have mine anymore. I offered to pay for the previous pizzas that got delivered but Zack said not to worry. Felt really bad for the driver to come to my house and for the staff who made my pizza to be delivered and to make it again. As I waited. Costumer service at its finest! Thank you. I will double check my order next time.

Great place for tasty pizza and many additional menu items. The entry, dining room, and kitchen were extremely clean and the staff is always super friendly.  Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome and enjoy reading about the local school sports teams.

Still my favorite white pizza with cup & char pepperoni. This pizza is to die for. But service is slipping as of late. Some nights when you call in you get a quick sharp employee who gets your order right and done quick while other nights you feel like you are training the person who answers the phone.

Marks has great pizza and always a friendly greeting when you walk through the door. When it comes to price and quality, I think Marks offers a good deal on both!

This is my favorite local pizza! Haven't been everywhere but these guys are tasty,  consistent and dependable. My wife and I ordered from a Pittsford place that was recommended, they hadn't started the pie when we arrived to pick it up. Called Mark's, ordered and drove out, had to wait a couple of minutes on my wings, no worries! Our supreme was a masterpiece of pizza engineering! Brown and crispy on the bottom. No sog in the middle. Excellent distribution of toppings. Great pie! Planning to get another soon!

We enjoyed a NY-style pizza and Buffalo chicken mac & cheese.  It was delivered hot and ahead of time.  The food was delicious!

6 times we ordered pizza from this location. Each time the same exact order resulted in a completely different looking/tasting pizza. You'd think they all came from different businesses. NO consistency.

The pizza was good... not exceptional but very enjoyable! The sauce was plentiful as were the rest of the toppings the crust was thick and amlost crispy... not my favorite pizza but I totally enjoyed it and definitely recommend Mark's if you are in the area and looking for a quick slice!!

My wife got a plain cheese pizza, and she said it had no spices on it, and it was bland. I got a cheesesteak sub, although it was large, it too needed salt and pepper, and the onions were raw. Usually a cheesesteak has the onions grilled with the steak, and salt and pepper is applied while cooking. Other than that it was good.
