Story

Mark's Pizzeria began delivering pizzas in 1982 with a commitment to quality ingredients and delicious recipes. Our menu has grown to include much more than simply pizza, but after more than 30 years, we still make our pizzas with fresh dough - never frozen - and we remain dedicated to serving both our customers and the communities we live in!

Horrible service! Placed an order with their online site no issue, I get a call couple minutes later saying "we don't deliver there". Which is hysterical to me because they'd delivered here many times over the years including two weeks ago. I told them as much and was basically told to go kick rocks. Funny thing is they still charged my card, had to call them back to tell them to cancel the charge (since they couldn't be bothered to deliver what I paid for) and was told it would take 3-5 business days to get my money back. You'd think their website wouldn't allow you to place an order to a place they supposedly don't deliver too, instead they steal your money and refuse to provide the service/goods you paid for! They also charge a 4$ delivery fee and keep raising prices on their food.

First of all the food is 99% frozen from bags, you are not getting fresh anything the majority of the time. Second of all their food is insanely expensive for what is basically frozen garbage. I ordered a grilled chicken salad which was comprised of 1/2 cup of frozen thawed BOILED chicken breast, four cups of iceberg lettuce, two chunks of tomato and three pieces of brown green pepper. They don't even make their own dressing it's literal packets you can bulk buy on your own for cents a piece. I literally paid 17$ dollars for bad produce and frozen chicken (plus a water). Save your money and go to wegmans or literally any other place.

Absolutely horrible, has gone down hill. They have either changed the sauce or watered it down tremendously. I've been patient giving the benefit of the doubt. However, 3 times I've tried to get slices there was never any chicken wing and the pepperoni looked hours old and very burnt. I'll not be returning to this location in Canandaigua, maybe better product in another location.

Marks is one of the best pizza places in our area, and this location offers a dining room.
