If you are in need of a roof, look no further. We had 5 companies come out to estimate our house for roof replacement. Mark Terlep is the only company that went up on the roof. Was here for a solid 35 to 40 minutes showing me different issues he noticed. Took time to answer any question I had. Explained what would be done, etc etc. His crew is hands down the best. Polite, courteous, respectful of our property. Cleaned everything up before leaving each day, showed up at the time they stated they would be there. We definitely selected the right company for the job. Carlos and Mike are extremely skilled at their craft. Tolerated me asking questions and all. You can not go wrong with Mark Terlep Roofing.  Would Highly recommend them..We have peace of mind knowing the job was done right the first time..Thank you to Mark, Charlene , Mike and Carlos for all you did for us..

Selling my house... spoke to Mark on the phone... sent him my inspection report... he pre-assessed what needed to be done (ridge cap repair)... Told me he'd be out in 2 weeks. Called today to confirm he'd be by today. "Nah... I'm a small mom and pop business and I'm just too busy (it's been sunny)" [What?!] "Maybe next week." So now I'm 2 weeks down on something I only had 4 weeks to take care of in the first place. Maybe he does good work, but he didn't keep his commitment. And that makes this roofing company unreliable. And not following up to let me know he couldn't do it... unprofessional!

Great communication. Nice employee who knew his craft. End result, fixed leaking roof. Couldn't be happier and at a fair price.

Team Terlep is a winner!  Mark Terlep knows roofing, communicates well and has the patience  to explain his recommendations.   Terlep Roofing's crew works hard, fast, shows craftsmanship and respect.  (I thought it was impossible to have roofers that would leave a clean job site!)   My business is repaired thanks to Terlep.  Next I'll have Mark re-roof my house.

Mark was unable to do the work on my roof due to the way my house is setup.  but took the time to tell me a fair price and advised me of what to look out for.  I would hire him in a heart beat. You can just tell he is a great company to do the work on your house.
