Compared to everything else available in albany, they are decent, but they can't hold a candle to Wegmans. Food is generally decent, although I have occasionally gotten bad produce. Their ready cooked meals are pretty terrible, especially late at night, and there is pretty close to zero training for these folks. Spent 20 minutes one night waiting for the server to figure out what the price was supposed to be. It got so bad, she gave up and just charged me for the drink and side because she couldn't figure out what to put in the register for the main meal. The rest of the store in comparable to most other grocery stores in the area. It is kept clean and reasonably well organized. Plenty of variety available for most things.

I live right behind the store, a 5 minute walk, but my consistently horrible experiences over the course of the last 3 years has pushed me to make a 15 minute drive to walmart instead. Goodluck getting any efficient service from the deli, just use the digital ordering machine even if there isn't a line. I shop at all hours a couple times a week, sometimes 2am, sometimes 11am, or sometime at night like 9pm but regardless of the hour there always seems to be people in the way. How is it possible that stocking and cleaning happens all day everyday? Most places do it early morning or late night but I can't seem to navigate the store without needing to walk around a lift or worker. Very small selection and there is no leadership in sight to help adapt to heavy traffic or customer needs. I have sat at the customer service desk for 5-10 minutes before after being told someone was coming and when the store gets busy there never seems to be a need to open more cash registers which creates infuriating congestion to shoppers just trying to navigate and not check out. I have ptsd so its very hard for me under normal circumstances to deal with the bs I have seen at this store but it truly feels like they go out of their way to make things difficult for the customer. I don't know what happened between the shift from price chopper to market32 but im done, walmart for all its flaws is at minimum new scenery, I am disgusted with market 32.

Staff here is amazing and the store itself is always clean.  Worth a drive from near or far.

Great produce, deli, meats and seafood. Amazing cheese shop (for a grocery store). Good selection of chocolate bars. Helpful staff. Lacking in international foods.

Really liked this place!!! It was a really fancy price chopper. It was a little pricy though, but totally worth it
