Visiting Keene, NH after driving across the county from California. The Keene Market Basket is my favorite grocery store anywhere! Nice produce. Lots of great vegetarian and vegan foods! Great store!

Their food service is awesome. Clean gloves and they use thongs rather than their fingers. And always a smiling face to serve you.

When this store first opened, the prices were really good and the quality of everything was consistently good. The quality of the meat has gone steadily down-hill in comparison to the local Hannaford ever since the opening and the price is now consistently higher than other local stores like Hannaford. It appears that Market Basket counts on customers never doing any comparison shopping after the opening.

Great store and staff, The market basket kitchen is second to none. Never had anything that was not good. The leadership of the store are not affraid to roll up their sleeves and jump on a register or bag when it gets busy. Only negative is produce seems to have a short life span. If consuming in a couple days no worries.
