This is hands down the best grocery store in the city. They have everything and if they happen to not carry it, they will get it for you. Everyone is helpful and kind. Every employee seems to be happy to be there and that's rare.

On my first trip here I selected some squash from a bin with Sale, $1.99/pound written on it. That squash took most of my $20 bill because it was organic and not of that bin.
 Luckily I was able to call help and she gave me my organic squash for the price of a regular. 
Staff was polite and store looked clean. Selection seemed a little too good for my taste. I was overwhelmed. If you have ADHD, definitely take a friend. 
The candy aisle looked phenomenal with lots of rare treats. For good prices you will probably have to keep looking but for looks it can't be beat.

I love Market District.  I can't imagine that anyone wouldn't like it.  Their selection of more premium and prepared foods is remarkable.  They also have a more standard grocery store portion.  Between the two, I haven't really had anything I have been looking for that I haven't found.

This was our first visit. We actually got dinner from the food they cook right there. My husband and I split a pulled pork sandwich and ranch beans. We were stuffed. Of course, we also got peach cobbler, which was fantastic. They will let you try anything you want. The people were extremely nice and very accommodating. We went through the produce section and everything looked bright and fresh. We will be back, for sure.

I do enjoy shopping here. Reasonable prices and a good selection of...everything. That includes the expansive wine and liquor area. The people that work here are also friendly and seem to enjoy their work. I will say I'm normally disappointed in the produce, specifically the organic section. Variety of some items (peppers) is limited and the vegetables usually seem too old...I prefer Kroger's produce over the Market District.
