Absolutely LOVE this store and everyone who works there. My fiancé and I had been looking for antique rings for several months and nothing was really grabbing us. Within moments of walking into Market Square Jewelers, this beautiful, young woman, Shannon greeted us warmly with a huge smile. She was kind, patient, well-informed and listened to what I was looking for. I am in sales and I know the difference between someone trying to sell you something and someone listening to what you need and helping you find it. My ring was sized within a week and I love it! Shannon is EXCELLENT, as is the entire staff. HIGHLY recommend this store for the antique lover!

The Newburyport Store is Hands down the best around thanks to incredible service and knowledgeable employees like Shannon and Mayfair.  I have done every type of transaction I can think of from Buying, Repairs, Appraisals, etc... I trust every piece of my jewelry with them and know that whether a repair, a newly created a piece, or an appraisal, that my items are safe, sound and that I will get the best service and craftsmanship for a decent price. I have worked with Shannon for a few years now and she always takes the time with me and I appreciate her expertise.
