I had recently gotten a crown done with Dr.Kwok, I was very pleased with the result. Prior to the procedure, she explained everything thoroughly, step by step, and ensured I understood everything before she began. I could be a very very nervous patient but she makes my dental visits go by smoothly and comfortable, not to mention her staffs are super personable and helpful! My overall experience at markham dental smiles is definitely a 5 star!

Dr. Patsy Kwok has been my dentist for over 15 years I transferred to her new office when she left her practices at Metro Square Dental Office. She is a very nice lady asides from her being a dentist always smiling and have a happy personality.

I have been seeing Dr. Kowk more than 20yrs, she's excellent dentist, no doubt. Very gentle and patience to your concern. She's easy going and professional. I have never been asked for anything unnecessary or extra cost on top for my health. I had been referred to another dentist when she was at maternity years back, but no one could be good as her. I will never seeing another dentist again no matt what. I would strongly recommend this office and location.

Excellent front desk staff. She was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kwok is an exceptional dentist. She explained everything in the understandable terms and provided various treatment options. I did not feel any pressure from Dr. Kwok to take the most expensive option. I also experienced very little discomfort from the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Kwok!!

Dr. Kwok is my family dentist including my extended family.  We have been her patients for over 5 years.  She genuinely cares about her patients and ensure they are taken care of.  
In fact, I feel so relaxed and calm that I actually falls asleep while they are working on my teeth.  
She is also great with kids as my kids are not scared at all to see their dentist, even with extraction for my little one.  
Her staff also display a high level of standard and professionalism, and are extremely helpful.  I will hands down recommend her to anyone I know.
