Beware!!!

Problem #1
We bought double insurance in order for my husband to get extra work done. They went over the yearly maximum benefit for both Insurances by $1,200. 

Problem #2
They told me my daughter had 4 cavities on her molars that insurance won’t cover all of due to resin fillings. Estimated $570 bill after insurance. Took her to a different dentist who did x-rays, 0 cavities- $0

I can’t say enough about Markland Family dental.  The experience that I had from my first visit with Dr Paz, to getting my impressions to getting my extraction from Dr Amazon was top notch.  The assistant, hygienist, and front office staff were very helpful and courteous.  I have found my new dental home.

My husband had a root canal and a crown done a few months back. Shortly after that same tooth was bothering him again and he was sent to a specialist. The specialist informed him that when doing a root canal, there is sometimes another canal that is only visible with a special microscope that he just happened to have, seeing as it was his specialty and all, and sure enough there it was....that extra canal that wasn't taken care of during the initial procedure. Insurance would not pay for this procedure as it had only been a few months since the original root canal. We paid your office our part of the initial procedure and then had to pay 100% of another more expensive treatment because the procedure was not done correctly in the first place. Please tell me which part of that is right? To top it off.....when he had to go back to your office to have the permanent filling put in the crown that we already paid a TON of money for because of the root canal that we had to pay a super TON of money for.......TWICE.........you charged him for the filling......? I just about flipped my lid when he told me that. The specialist confirmed that we had to pay full price for the second root canal because the first one wasn't done properly and not only did you not offer to make it right in any way, you charged him again for the filling to seal it up!!!! I don't know why you are doing root canals in the first place if you don't have the proper equipment. He won't be back and i don't suggest anyone go here unless you have an extra couple THOUSAND dollars just laying around. Didn't even offer to make it right.

Dr. Paz and Ro are amazing!  They worked with me and my anxiety. Very patient and very professional staff!  Highly recommend them!
