Rude.

I contacted them because the logistics company they use thought my number was one of their driver's numbers. I received all kinds of texts and calls (including in the middle of the night that woke up my 1 year old). When I contacted Marko Transports, they demanded to know who I was and what I wanted. When I explained that the logistics company they use kept calling me, they told me to call them and hung up on me. I never got around to telling them I had contacted them multiple times.

After contacting the logistics company, I finally came to understand that Marko had given them either the wrong number or a number very similar to mine. Whether Marko gave them the wrong number or the logistics company mis-entered the number, I'll never know. But a professional company would have simply said, "I'm sorry you had to deal with that in the course of our operations, I'll see if I can fix it."

I guess all those logistics alerts don't mean anything to this company, huh? I wonder if they'll care as much about anyone's shipment. How a company treats a stranger is the perfect example of "what you do when know ones looking."

This company fails on the basic principles of the Golden Rule.
