Going through a already tough time it was a pleasure building a working relationship with Sharen. Who is amazing at what she does!  She was very patient when explaining things to me.  She is a wealth of knowledge and a great asset to the firm.  I would highly recommend the Charlottesville office to anyone in need of a personal injury firm. Having to deal with an already difficult situation, it was a blessing having Kara Payne help us with our issues. She is very attentive, caring, helpful and truly professional giving us great service during a difficult time. We were very fortunate to have her guide us through everything and if we ever need legal assistance again in the future we will definitely be coming back to Marks & Harrison and making sure to request Kara!

I am so grateful for Sharen M. Dowdy | Legal Assistant that works at Marks & Harrison at the Charlottesville, Va. She has been  God send to me through this entire process. She has maintained contact with me, checked in over this entire long ordeal. and for anyone that knows how long PT and recovery can take. Then you know just how wonderful it can be to have such a amazing person to check on you, plus have a great law firm standing behind you to make sure you are represented through the entire thing. I highly recommend the Charlottesville Location.

I've been working with Marks and Harrison for almost two years now and have always been satisfied. Kara Payne has always went above and beyond to ensure I knew what the next step and long process it was going to be. She clarified everything that I didn't understand and always responded within a timely manner! I highly recommend the Charlottesville location! :)
