Marlene's carries the most exquisite gowns!! I went into her store to look for a gown for my son's wedding. She took the time to help me find the most amazing gown ever. I told her what I was looking for in a gown and she went right over to her gowns and choose several and then we decided on the best one for me. The best part is the price was right!!! You can't go wrong doing business with Marlene. also her workers are all so nice. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mother of the bride/groom dress or prom dress.

Marlene’s is the best dress shop around! Gina and her daughter were so helpful and kind helping us find a prom dress. The store has every type of dress for your shopping needs. Gina was not pushy at all and made us feel so comfortable. The whole environment was great! We are so lucky we found Marlene’s and definitely will be back soon! Highly recommend to anyone!

The WORST customer service ever!!! Went in last week to get a dress. Put half down because there were pulls on the dress. Was told by the owner Marlene that she will have her seamstress look over the dress and to pick it up the following week. Well today we went to get the dress Marlene the "owner" was sitting at the front counter. We asked for the dress and another lady went to get it. I looked over the dress and the same pulls were still there. I brought this to Marlene's attention and she FLIPPED OUT, and YELLED at me and said that she is not selling me the dress. She got very NASTY and said "what would you do if you went to a department store". Well that's simple I would ask for a new one to be ordered or they would work with the customer. Very DISAPPOINTED. For an owner to treat her customers the way she did is a total DISGRACE. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Will never go there again! Be aware all ! Was very embarrassing for a owner to act like that with having other customers in her store. For a shop owner Marlene has NO class or respect for her customers! Marlene: That does not justify you yelling and being belligerent. It’s the way you handled the situation and your customer service was a total embarrassment for me and for you other customers in the store. What owner acts like that ? Yelling at a customer for seeing the same pulls from a week ago? Good customer service offers a discount or “I’ll order you a new one”. You handled the whole situation WRONG you have NO RESPECT for your customers!

I just had the best shopping experience ever! Gina was fabulous, helping me to find the perfect gown along with all the accessories! I love this shop & wish I had found it a long time ago. Everything in this shop is of high quality and the service is top rate! I will definitely be back!

Amazing service! I went looking for a prom dress and walked out with a gorgeous one. Maria is the nicest lady, VERY helpful and accommodating and made sure I felt beautiful. It was crowded when we got there so she let us use the back room as a dressing room. Everyone was friendly and made me feel great the whole time. I would highly recommend them they have amazing dresses and are willing to do alterations there for you. Make sure to ask for Maria she’s fantastic.
