Don't worry about showing up to your appt on time bcuz there's a possibility you will be waiting 40+ mins to be called back just to get your vitals and then wait another long wait for the doc to c you after they place you in a room. Have Patience or just make sure you have a couple hours to waste.

My 3 month old daughter had an appointment today at 10:20. I had to wake up at 12:01 to make the same day appointment and also miss out on a day of work to bring my daughter to this garbage doctors office. I spent 2 hours there without being seen until i got tired of waiting and i just left at 12:10. Do not go to this center they are a waste of time

I come here all the time and have no problem. The lady that works at the front desk in the lab can be a little more friendlier but other than that.. it's always clean and some of the staff try to help to the best of there ability.

Never had a problem. Been here 6 times so far and I've been seen on time and with expertise that one would expect from a medical facility. Now in the other hand going to see the ophthalmologist to have my eyes dilated is another story...but I've had nothing but professionalism. Sorry about so many bad responses. Center can use an update really bad though. Way out of date.

This is my first time here and I can honestly say, this is the worst experience I have ever had and I haven't even seen the doctor yet.... I was told when I made my appointment to be here 15 minutes early, my appointment was at 8:40 and I arrived at 8:30... I was the first person in the waiting area and about 4 people followed.... Well they have all come and gone and the second set of people are being seeing now.... I'm now with the third set, who have started being called back, yet I'm still sitting here.... Have went back up to registration twice, once to be told there was a glitch in the system and they would let them know I'm here which they did and i was informed I would be called next, well 5 people have been called since then and none of them were me.... The second time was to be told that the next time I come that I should come back in 15 minutes to make sure I was signed in.... it's now 9:45 and im,still sitting here with no one addressing the issue.... Not even the nurse named Toya who works in the back that asked me my name so she could check on my status, she literally just came out grabbed a patient and went on back without even addressing me...
