Visited this location on September 13th. We had always been pleased with the food and service at the Woodstock location and were in Cumming for the day and decided to give this one a try.  As I was walking my 3 year old out of the restroom area,  a waitress plowed right over her,  knocking her down. She did apologize and we returned to our booth where my daughter continued to sob for 10 minutes.  Eventually the manager on duty appeared at our table to offer an excuse for the waitress... she was in a hurry...
No offer of a discount,  even for our child.  Will not return.

I had posted review for Marlow's tavern in Tucker before. This restaurant in Cumming lives up to the same standards. Good food, nice ambiance and good service. My favorite this time - Shrimp and Crab Nachos

Its tough to get 5 stars out of me!  This was our first experience with Marlow's and I have nothing but good words!  The hostess was very professional and courteous.  Michael our server simply had a great pace and kept everything just right.  The manager stopped by our table to make  sure that our food had arrived correctly and she was shocked when I called her back over  to let her know that the service was awesome as well!  A really good dining experience!

Great Marlows location. The service is great. There is little to no waiting area and the waits can be long at this location. However they usually beat the estimated time, and there are plenty of shops around to keep you occupied while you wait.

Fantastic service and food quality. As a first time visitor I was treared to a free sample of their kettle chips with housemade gorgonzola dressing. Delicious. I then enjoyed the roast chicken panini with a side salad. Tasty, with soft delicous chibatti bread and nice artisan lettuce.
