The Marmalade Branch is part of the Salt Lake City Public Library system.
This two-story facility, which opened in 2016, provides 18,600 square feet of new construction to support a thriving and growing community. Program elements of the Marmalade Library include: a dedicated Children's Library, a teen/ young adult area, a small café, public access computer stations, and quiet reading areas. The second floor includes the adult collection, study rooms and a large, flexible multi-purpose room with tiered seating to allow small recitals, lectures, book signings and film viewings. The second floor also features a wrap-around terrace offering views of the Capitol to the east, the city to the south and, to the north, views to a public plaza and open green space as part of a new mixed-use development.
