Fair pricing comparative to my dermatologist. Secretaries are very friendly, the staff is extremely professional. Staff goes over cost before the procedure to insure approval from patient. Your loyalty is rewarded with discounts on your procedures, and they run specials, which made them more competitive than my dermatologist. I am always satisfied with my results.

BEWARE staff is snotty and unhelpful with attitude when you first walk in,especially the office manager Katie. They looked at me like I had five heads when I asked if I could use the bathroom. Doctor Marotta  gave me a quote for a rhinoplasty, I saw better work with doctors that charged less and are in the same area. Do not waste your time or your money, worst treatment in any plastic surgery office by far. The best on Long Island is definitely rigged.

Choosing a Cosmetic Plastic Surgeon can be a difficult task…UNTIL you meet with Dr. James C. Marotta and his staff. After consulting with several Cosmetic Plastic Surgeons, we met with Dr. James C. Marotta and Nicole and knew we had found the perfect surgeon for my daughter’s needs.
From the initial consultation to post surgery visits, Dr. Marotta and his staff were professional, yet extremely compassionate. From the ladies that greet you at the front desk, to the nurses that treat and assist Dr. Marotta, their knowledge and passion for their work is obvious. From now until the end of time, my daughter and myself will be forever grateful to Dr. Marotta and his staff.

I am very impressed with this office. From initial contact everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The procedure was painless and the results were very natural. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone interested in looking refreshed.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have never been taking advantage of financially.  Starting with the front desk, to the nurses & even to the doctor they all tell you one thing then you go or call back & it’s something completely different.  
The WORST experience ever!!
