This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Ihave had their people totally ignore their e-mails and refuse to return phone calls. Then when you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you they will call you back with an answer before the end of the day, Then they never call  you back or return any of the voicemail messages you leave for them.

You dont need two god damed parking lots, let alone threatening to tow people. You are a bank. In and out anything more and you have problems.
