In 2013 I responded to one of their ads to start a Loan Modification.  I was going thru a hardship after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010.  I was undergoing treatment and my health insurance and medical expenses were unbearable but I decided to give them a try and borrowed the $1400 required to start the process.  What a disappointing experience.  They only took my money and reviewed my case only to tell me months later that I did not qualify.  I was hard to get someone on the phone to give me an update on my case and the only way to get any progress was to physically go to their office and sit there waiting for your case manager to speak to you.  I sent them many emails but I only received two email responses back.  They NEVER offered to reimburse at least part of this $1400.00.  I tried to speak to Michelle and Alejandro but their response was that I did not qualify for the program and the money could not be refunded at all.  My question to them was: Why didn't you screen an applicant to see if they qualify BEFORE taking money and making all kinds of promises that you could help them?  They are a rip off .  Beware!

Completely a disaster of a law firm!!!! 

Attorneys and staff are terrible. 

Unprofessional, unreliable and most of all unethical attitudes towards clients and their needs!!!!

This Law Firm is horrible, I had the worst experience ever.  I paid them thousands of dollars and nothing was being done on my foreclosure case.  Calling them by phone is like calling to hell.  I had to make several trips to the office to get my questions answered because you can never get through to anybody.  I would never ever recommend anyone to this law firm.  I feel like I was just paying for luxury instead of a service. Remember, word of mouth is the most powerful advertising ever and I will make sure I use it.

In 9/6/2016 have finalizer just my process of modification to my house with respected Attorney Julio Marrero, I'm very happy with my results and I honestly don't have any complaint of their services on the other hand, congratulate them. I would like to highlight the participation of my processor Yuriannis Cordova and the young Amilcar Toro lawyer for all your patience and support unconditional. The work of the lawyer of first row. A time more, thank you for everything and greetings. FV

I hired the Marrero Law Firm almost 3 years ago and now after I have paid thousands of dollars and doing everything I was told to do by this firm "lawyers" I'm about to lose my home because they forgot to send my documentation to the bank on time and they are telling me that there is very little they can do for me because "the Bank close my case" and now I have to hire another lawyer from they're firm again to continue a process but they are not sure if is going to work or not, I'm very upset and start to get sick, cannot sleep just thinking that I have to move soon and now that I give all my money to this Lawyers they said "is no much that we can do". what a horrible experience and I just want to tell anybody who want to hire a lawyer to read all this reviews and not only me is a lot of people who are been scam by this law firm.
