This individual is the epitome of a "JERK"   I called this Carl Marsh (the Owner) to let him know what his workers / crew was doing and this is the response I received:  "F*** YOU ... YOU F***ING RETARD" !!  No reasonable person should consider doing any business with an individual or company like this !!!
