“Our system” is always the problem. Pharmacy employees can’t see notes/requested generics so this pharmacy refills me with pills that cause insufferable side effects, every time, instead of the ones I need. Ridiculous. At least they are polite and friendly about making me return to their understaffed location multiple times to refill my one rx every month.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my entire life- based on two horrible experiences and multiple smaller bad experiences. I called two prescriptions while having blood work done and was told it would take 20 minutes. I went to pick it up after the blood work (an hour later) and it wasn't ready. I waited for roughly 15 minutes and they called my name to come and pick up my order. When I got to the counter they only had one of my two prescriptions ready. I had to sit back down again. Another 15-20 minutes passed and my prescription still wasn't ready. I got in line and when i got to the counter my prescription wasn't ready and the employees were extremely rude to me. I finally decided to stand at a window that wasn't open, flag down a pharmacist, and demand my prescription.
In my second experience I called in a prescription before bed one night and was waiting on a text confirmation. Never received it. I called it in again at 8 am the next morning and was told it would be ready in an hour. My mother went to pick it up for me on her lunch break (4 hours later) and the prescription was not ready after she waited in line for ages. I called the manager and she told me they had a 24-hour policy on refills. I had never heard of it. She transfered me to the pharmacy manager and I was told the same thing, even though I was told at 8 am that morning my prescription would be ready in an hour. The pharmacy manager was unspeakably rude and said "I'm not going to do this with you" and put me on hold in mid-conversation. I hung up, called the pharmacy back and asked to speak to her again. I demanded they give my mother an emergency dose (it turns out they were OUT of my medicine after all) and made them fax my refill to another pharmacy. I will never deal with this pharmacy again. Stay away from them.

The main Marshall Pharmacy is located inside Marshall University Medical Center. It offers medicine refill by phone, mobile app, and on a small computer kiosk outside the pharmacy itself. 

Customer/patient can sign up for text message reminder once prescription ready to be picked up. They also offer delivery for patients unable to pick up medicine at the pharmacy. 

Special parking spot for pharmacy customer is also available outside the main entrance.
