After reading the reviews here I took my car to this garage.   After the owner diagnosed my car he said it needs $500  to fix it and I have to wait until my turn comes because they are busy.  So, I accepted that assuming that they are good and reliable..  

A week after I left my car their the owner called me and told me that my car is all set. Before I picked it up, I asked to see the old parts.  The owner showed me the old parts but couldn't tell whats wrong with them because they were in good condition but he insisted that it the car is fixed.   I picked up my car and after 4 mins of driving it I noticed that the problem is still exist.

I returned and I told the owner that the problem is still exists and his response was that he is busy and I need to bring it after few days or a week because he us working on new cars !!! So my car need to be parked until he finish all the cars that came after me. 

I got the hit that he is pushing me and he won't bother to fixed so I picked up my car and left.

So I lost $500 and time and efforts dealing with them.

I have been a customer since my car milage was 10000 which is now over 400k. Thanks to Marshall's services, my car (99 Kia Sephia) has been rock solid with no major work ever done. They may charge more compared to others since they prefer to use high-quality parts and do high-quality services. In fact I prefer high-quality parts and services to avoid replacing/fixing too often, to save money in long run, and to prolong car life. They are willing to go extra mile with no additional costs, have been the smartest and most respected mechanics in the area for decades, professional, and super-nice people.

They made me actually start to trust mechanics again.  They took it in for an "electrical problem" and only replaced a bulb.  Charged me a couple of bucks when they could have charged me hundreds.  I always take my car there and so do most of the employees at the VA Hospital.
