Spent over 15 minutes on line on a Saturday afternoon.  When we finally got to the register we were told our item had an incorrect tag.  The item we were purchasing was price at 16.99. The cashier called for help & asked another employee to do a price check.  We were told the item should have been priced $29.99. I asked to speak to a manager & we were told by the manager that there was nothing she could do & if we wanted the item we would have to pay $29.99. Considering we spent over 15 minutes on line we would have been happy to pay the $29.99 if she had offered us a discount of 10-15% which is basically the equivalent of a COUPON!!!!!  But in this case the customer who spent over 15 minutes on line was penalized because the item they wanted to purchased was priced incorrectly.  In this store the customer is always wrong.  Extremely disappointed with the service in this store.

My favorite Marshalls store in the area, it has a lot of clothing, shoes, and home goodness to choose from, it has Men's, Women's and kids shoes, sport clothing and even brand clothing name at deep discounts.
They offer Lay away which gives you 30 days to separate clothing but you must pick it up when the 30 days are up.
The place is usually packed, specially on the weekends, sometimes it gets messy but it's because of so many people.
Overall I've been shopping here since it opened and I always find great pieces either for my wife, kids or for me and of course for the home.

Not my favorite Marshals because its always a mess and customer service is not in important to the staff. Got a question google it and it will be answered the staff literally walk away. However i think they have the largest mens shoe selection.

I am always stopping here on the way home, i can always find something to buy. Most of the time particular location is always clean. Dressing Room can just use a dusting and sweeping on the daily basis.

Great selection of quality goods at lower than retail prices. I can never visit without buying a ton of stuff. I love it. I would give it 5 stars however...the lines for checkout are horribly long, crazy long lines. Like your queued for a ride at Disney world. Insane. The displays and items are sometimes messy or broken notably in the beauty section and it can be hard to find parking in the lot.
