This is my home store; however, I had a purchase from the Lawrenceville store that I attempted to return. Last Friday I was out in Lawrenceville purchases a Maxi Jeans dress at 29.99. Wore it Sunday and it was a loose jumper jean dress; however, it spilt down the front as if it were dry-rooted. I did not notice that it tore until I walked by a mirror. I called Lawrenceville store and the manager said I could take it back to any store so I do not have to drive all the way back out to Lawrenceville. I went into Camp Creek spoke to cashier to tell her what happened. She spoke to manager and he simple came over and said no. No questions or anything. I had receipt with me and advise that I spoke to the store manager in Lawrenceville and I know its at your discretion but its sad that I have to take it all the way back to Lawrenceville. He simply said no. So I called Lawrenceville to let that manager know what happened and he apologized and did the return over the phone. Saved me time and gas. I have shopped at Marshalls for over 20 years and even worked their 4 in under grad this is the worst customer service ever! I later came into the store and return all items returnable from the last week or so. Most of the bags were not even unpacked. And then I could not return a ceramic butter case because the sales person failed to put the bottom piece in the bag when she wrapped it up. Therefore there was no sticker to associate it with. I asked if there was a place where they placed items that were left behind after purchases which most stores have and it was not there. Go figure. Super displeased and I have two more bags of items to return and I will NEVER shop at this store EVER again.

terrible my child ask a lady did she work there and she ignored her i think her name was Rhonda she was very un professional i am not going to continue to shop if your employees cannot speak guide a customer
