There are was a long line and some of the workers there were confused on some of the clothing orders. Took them a long time to finally get to me. I paid $19 to have my dress pants hemmed, and when I got them back it seemed like they hemmed just a small section. My dress pants still drag when I use them.

I used to be in marching band in high school and our former music director would send our uniforms over to Martell's. Truly the customer service and the quality has gone down. Not ever going back.

I had a emergency needed my grandsons pants  hemmed on a bit of a rush  situation 
But they said they couldn't help me so I called 
European Tailoring down the street and the man said no problem . I was there and back 
Home in 30 min. He was also very busy but took the time to help me in my time of need.
More businesses should  be has helpful. He really made our day a lot less stressful.

Martells has been my choice of business for about 10 yrs!! Low prices, open until 6pm, & open Sat. too! Best cleaners in town!  Don't take your clothes anywhere else.  Fresh, clean clothes every time & very friendly staff. Thanks Martells! A++
