The lack of knowledgeable lawyers in this office was appaulding! When multiple questions asked about my case, they simply danced around my questions, and did not follow me through to the end of my case.
They had no knowledgeable answers and seem to lack any interest in helping me with finding the answers or researching the law further! (Isn't that what lawyers are supposed to do?) After paying them thousands of dollars, I wound up with nothing, due to lack of knowledge from this law office. Not, what I thought a lawyer should do to a client, especially, when this case is one of their expertise of this firm?

Martha and her associate are wonderful and competent. That's the great value of having representation that have represented people for a long time. Bankruptcy isn't one of life's milestones that one aspires to. Martha McMinn and her staff led use through the process in a way they help preserve the dignity we had left.
