She has been doing my taxes since 2014 and I’m very happy with the services provided. She is knowledgeable, fast and transparent. I highly recommend her !
I used to come to Marta for a long time. Esther, Martha's daughter made my taxes wrong. I got a letter from government saying I owe thousands more on taxes which I knew it was wrong. Marta didn't want to review, much less fixing my taxes. She denied any wrong doing, she said they took all numbers and information from the paperwork I gave them. SHE DIDN'T HELP to fix the trouble her daughter put me through. She cashed my check and didn't care the issue I was into. Does Esther have the proper licenses to do taxes? I don't know. Is it a tax license needed to do taxes? I’m pretty sure! I had to call government and make an appointment so I can personally resolve what Martha and her lackies did wrong. I traveled on my free time to their offices, taking all paperwork and I actually fixed what Martha's Tax Services did wrong and didn't want to fix. I didn't pay those extra thousands of dollars the government was charging me just because I fixed Esther's terrible mistake. Please note that this family are pastors of the Christian church. I really don't understand their behavior. This lady is rude. doesn't know what humbleness mean. And I don't recommend her to anyone. Before I hired their services Martha came to my beauty shop asking if I could sell to her a tube of color, the shade she was using. Guess what Martha? My business is not selling tubes of color nor bottles of peroxide but I was taught to help elders and be humble so I went to the beauty supply looking for her color, spending my own time. Special trip just for her. I went to her shop and delivered the tube of color and the bottle of peroxide. I WENT OUT OF MY WAYS to help her out way before you moved a finger to help me out. YOU CERTAINLY FORGOT ABOUT THIS!
