My partner Conner and I highly reccomend Andy Delaney. Conner got hit head on by another vehicle in November 2016 and broke his arm. After reading reviews on google for lawyers we picked Andy because of his glowing reviews and were not disappointed. He made this whole process easy for us. If you hire him for an injury, just be patient, listen to what he suggests, and let him do his thing.

I had a disability case and the state was screwing me over.  Not only did Andrew Delaney get me my monthly disability payments but he also got me my settlement through appeal. If it wasn't for this firm I'd be living in a box and homeless. He's a great lawyer and I'm glad I met him.

As Good as it Gets

I met Attorney, Andrew Delaney at Martin and Associates through a chance meeting more than 7 years ago. I had a complex legal issue at the time and he successfully assisted me where other lawyers had turned me away.

Since then, my family and I have hired Andy in two additional legal actions and we couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

In my experience, most lawyers are anxious to take legal matters to court because that's where they make most of their money, not Andy. He is always conscious of his client's finances first. He is truly a master negotiator and views using the court system as a last resort and only if the opposing party is acting unreasonable.

I can't recommend him highly enough. If I had anything negative to say about Andy it's about the way he dresses. I can't say that I have ever seen him in anything other than a three-piece suit. It may be overkill for little ole' Vermont. But if you're only gripe with your lawyer is that he dresses too nice, you know you have a GREAT lawyer!

One of the best firms in Vermont—hard-working, caring attorneys who are not afraid to go to trial and won't settle your case for pennies on the dollar.  Highly recommend!
