Started off as a very pleasant experience.  The man at the front desk was very friendly, and helpful.  Even welcomed me to Florida, as I just moved here.  After my wait, I was directed to a woman with red hair about 30.  Extremely rude.  I registered to vote, and she asked what I wanted to register as, and when I told her, she looked me up and down and said "yeah I figured you would be." Very unprofessional.  Did not make any eye contact, and was rude the entire time.

I've been to a lot of DMVs in many states.  This place is by far the best.  I've had nothing but great experiences every time I had to go.  It is run very efficiently and the staff is super friendly.

Nice people and all. But it would be EXTREMELY helpful that they inform you in advance that if you want an appointment to get your drivers license, you have to do it a month ahead of time. It would've been nice to know...

On 7/6/2016 I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Kim P.   I was asking her this question. I am disabled and can't walk far, is there a license plate, tag, or something else I need to use a handicap space?
Her reply was " No, I am sorry they don't have anything like that"  She then asked me to hold on a second and came back and said "The only way to get anything is to get an actual license plate but either you are on the bike as a driver or he has to have medical proof that he is disabled." 
She apologized several times. I enjoyed talking with her those few minutes, as I have everybody I have talked to in the last 20 years. Thank you for having wonderful people like Kim P. on your staff
