I talked on the phone to a woman named Sherry.. She was such a rude person, interrupting me every time I spoke. She didn't give me any chances whatsoever to explain to her of why they should call my parents when they "set up" respise. I tried to explain to her, since they take the time to set it up when she doesn't need it, then they should at least call and let the "patient" know when it's gonna be. Instead this woman tells me that there's no way that she can call over 100 patients. 😁 So I make sure to let her know if she can't take care of that many patients, then she surely doesn't need them! They are only out for the money and don't care for the patients like they should! The nurses are the only one's that care and I have the utmost respect for the nurses, but Sherry is all about the cash! I think the medical board outta check them out and give them a reality check!
