Being from out-of-state, I got myself into a pinch. Mr. Jared Marten was able to take my case in short notice. Throughout the case, Mr. Marten communicated his goals to me, made sure they aligned with mine, and did not over-promise. Jared helped get me out of trouble and took the time to explain what was happening throughout the case. Hopefully, I never have to use an attorney again, but if I do, it can only be Jared.

I contacted Martens Law Office and spoke with Shawna about my case, and between Shawna and Mr. Martens guidance, all things worked out great from what was a bad situation.  They offered keen legal advice, were timely in all manner of correspondence/attendance to court dates, and seeing through that I was successful in getting through a tough time in my life.

We were stressed about our case and Jared responded to me on the weekend late at night and reviewed our case and the next day quickly got us some information. I felt that he was not only prompt in his response but genuinely cared about the issue and would gladly call him again in the future.

Jared was great with my case. He handled it so smoothly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciate everything he did on my case. I would hire him again but hope I do not have to.

Sometime ago, I found myself in a troublesome situation while crossing Idaho on a trip. I was sacred as hell due to the issue and given that I had never been in such situation, and all the worse thoughts were eating me away. Could not sleep or eat properly and my trip was almost ruined. I tried to connect with many lawyers, but unfortunately it was Saturday. Not only Mr Martens picked my call on that day, he took his time off his off hrs, listened, consoled me,and gave me  a hope to turn this around. Since I was  an outsider and short on money to pay full fee within time window, he graciously told me not to worry about fee at the moment and even got the consensus from court to conduct majority of hearing/process through online medium if need be as we both were residing atleast 5 hrs away from court location. This doesnt end here, as per his suggestion, although I ended up not hiring him due to proximity to place of court, when I requested to pay atleast some consulting fees for his time and hope that he has given in those distressed moments, he refused to take it. This established my utmost respect to his work ethics. He showcased that to be a great lawyer apart from being knowledgeable, one must have empathy with clients who made mistakes in life but want to fix those and move forward. Thank you Jared! You saved me from mental hell on those 2 days.

Mr. Martens went above and beyond representing me. I received, what I believe to be, the best possible outcome given my circumstances. He went out of his way to appeal a judgement so that I might be able to get back on track and I am genuinely grateful for everything he’s done for me.

Jarads experiance, knowledge and wisdom proved to be very vital in winning our case. He created a solid basis to feel confident in his ability to represent us well.  I will highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a down to earth approachable attorney who knows the law.
