I was there to pay my electric bill. The line wasn't long but the person in front of me had a lot of issues to deal with.  The fellow assisting her was very patient.  However, another lady had been waiting quite a while to speak with the manager, who had to be called more than once. Also, other employees went behind the counter but no one asked if they could assist with anything. The first one did call for the manager again. 
I guess my point is, ask if you can help, even if you can't at least the customers know you tried. The issue for the manager was with the ad and coupons. If someone else had tried to assist, the customer may have been satisfied. Maybe not, but at least the customer would have been less aggravated with the wait time. Regardless,  I love Martin's, I will continue to stop there, and appreciate that I can pay my electric bill there. Just....hope employees take more notice and even if they can't help, at most, try to.

Always clean. Not being able to use cash at self check out is a minus. Limits which machine you can use.  Nice associates.

I find every employee there to be very helpful. They actually walk you to whichever product you are having trouble locating and pleasant throughout. Shelves stocked and meats and fish Fresh and beautifully displayed.

In the area I feel they are the best. Could be better. Would like to see fresher organic food. I find it gets old real fast so assume it's been sitting for awhile and not fresh. Have some organic meat available but not much. I never buy anything from the bakery. I find I don't like anything there. The store is clean and there is always a mobile cart handy unlike some of the other store around town. Workers are very friendly.

Martin's is a very good grocery store with friendly employees willing to help you out when they can. Food is reasonably price and they have a great selection.
