Customer service went to S... Used to be a good place for this kind service but after taking a pair of pants back to be redone because they weren't done right the first time I was told I'd be charged again. Employees were short and rude I'll take my business some where else. Went from a 4 star business to a one star. This is my 1st review ever but needed to be said.

I WAS taking my clothes to this cleaners but NOT again and here is WHY:

I have to ANNOUNCE I want creases in pants that 

1. I have to ask you to dryclean that already has creases

2. In order to get a DISCOUNT they have to keep your credit card on file. 

3. Every FIVE items are credited to your credit card. I usually take anywhere from 20-40 items a month.

4. I took 25 items and they forgot to give me 5 of my items. I called and informed the LADY. She says I'm looking in the system and it seems we don't have anything for you. Now do I have to tell you to check the CLOTHES LADY? Well she checked and I got there 5 mins before closing and she has my items hanging there.

She says here ya go. She did not say: I'm sorry for this inconvenience, please forgive us for our mistake ...she says HERE YA GO!
 
I said IM not doing business with you again. She still did not apologize- so guess WHAT!

I'm NOT doing business with them again. And if this has not been your experience with them then

HAVE AT IT! DONE and they are way too expensive with very little discounts!
