They are unprofessional and rude. I would never use them again. It took over three weeks to get my things back and when I called them and politely asked some questions, I was treated like I was the problem. Horrible customer service.

Honest friendly and the best cleaners I have ever been to since leaving the East Coast 20 years ago. You won't be disappointed

Customer service is inconsistent. Sometimes it is good and sometimes poor. A long while ago I brought four wool sweaters to cleaned there. When I got them back they were all strunk. Apparently the owner who does the dry cleaning decided to wash them instead of dry cleaning wool which should never be washed ever. They blocked the sweaters back to normal size. Two of them never were quite the same, the others were OK. The employees that helped me were nice and did their best to make up for it so I decided to give it another try. Today I walked in to get a sweater and a wool blanket dry cleaned. The person at the counter slammed down (And I do mean slammed)  a release form in front of me and curtly asked for my phone number. I took a minute to look at the release form and ask about it and she said that it simply states that some household items (meaning the blanket)  may be damaged while dry cleaning. I picked up my things and left. I went to another dry cleaners and the experience was totally different. They explained to me the reason for the release form and was very helpful in service and answering my questions. One Hour Martinizing would be a nice place (especially for the price) if they just knew how to treat customers. Obviously when someone comes in and asks for dry cleaning you don't wash it instead and you don't slam a form down in front of them and expect them to just sign it without some explanation. Or if you have a  had a bad day, take it out on the customer. I will never return there. Today was the last day.

Took in a coat my cat had peed on and they got all the odor and stain out. great place.
