Drop off easy peasy. Trying to pick up at 3pm on a Tuesday when ticket says 5. Short dark haired lady had awful customer service said your ticket says 5. 
Yes  but at drop off we were told if needed sooner just call so we tried instead of her checking she said come back. Regardless we are just trying to head out of town. 
Finally at p/u she said she wanted to silence the bell. Hopefully its a bad day for her because I don't see how that's normal behavior and they let her work with public.
