I moved to Rochester about 8 months ago and Martinizing was recommended to be by a family member. Great customer service and they are always willing to help. I had a tough lipstick stain on my wedding robe and they were more than willing to work on it until it was almost gone! You can’t even see it now. All around great customer service.

I have been going to Todd and his team for at least a couple years now. The first thing that struck me was their outstanding customer service and eagerness to get to know me as a person. I am always greeted with a smile from anyone in their staff. Clothes look great. I have and will continue to recommend Martinizing to all friends. Keep up the excellent work.

All I can say is WOW! Although I live 20 minutes from this dry cleaner, it is worth the extra drive time to have my clothes cleaned here. I am so happy knowing that my clothes are cleaned using non-harsh chemicals and there is no tough scent like you typically find on your clothes after visiting the dry cleaner. I have been so impressed with the quality in fact that I also brought my wedding gown here to be cleaned after my destination wedding in the Dominican. I have found no remnants of sand or any other piece of debris from the trip on my dress. Todd and his team at Martinizing are also incredibly helpful and do whatever they can to ensure you have a good experience. I would 100% recommend this to anyone in the area. You - and your clothes - will thank you for it!!

Owner Todd Sankes and his team are outstanding. I will never have my clothes cleaned the standard way again. No chemical smell or feel. Great Job.

Took a garment that I wore once to a wedding once to have cleaned. It had some mud on the back of it in an ivory section. It wasn't terrible but I didn't want to wash it myself in fear the fabric would pill. When I picked it up it looked like they hadn't done anything with it. The stain was still there, the garment didn't smell clean. Girl at counter is useless. When I dropped the garment off and told her there was a stain on the back she just took the dress and handed me a receipt. Every other dry cleaner I have been to marks the stain areas and takes note of it. This girl did nothing and seemed like she could care less to be there. She was even less caring when I picked the garment up. Total waste of $10 and my time. I took the garment home, soaked the mudded section in some water with dawn and the stain came right out. Unbelievable! I took it to Martinizing because I didn't want to potentially ruin the fabric and it would save me the time and hassle of doing it myself. They didn't do anything with this garment - no cleaning, no removal of stain - dress didn't smell clean at all. I ended getting ripped off and having to do the work myself anyway. Will never take anything there again and have already let my friends and family know. Word of mouth will get the message out there.
