This dry cleaning place is awful. I took in a dress for cleaning that had beer stains on it and they failed to spot clean it, instead they just steam cleaned it. They had my dress for one week and three days and still didn't manage to make it right. I'm not a person that ever leaves reviews but this place disappointed me in so many ways that I had to leave a review. Dont waist your money and time going to this place!

I was promised that if I brought in my clothes early in the day I could have them back the next day.  I had a really important business trip that I needed my clothes for, but when I went to pick my items up they didn't have all of my items because they don't do their cleaning onsite and told me there was nothing they could do for me.  I had to go buy a new coat and it cost me $300 because I didn't have time to shop around and had to pay full retail.  Management couldn't be bothered to talk to me and made the poor girls upfront take care of the situation.  I felt horrible for them because it sounded like this had happened a few times that week alone and they were stuck taking the brunt of it.  If you are on a time line I would look for a more reliable dry cleaner.
